Our Return Policy
We want you to love every item you receive from Albicocca Ranch. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@albicoccaranch.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant, subject to availability. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skin care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
